There’s nothing quite like it, and Jaide’s founder Ruby was instantly addicted. After extensive research into the science and spirituality of cold plunges, Ruby began to uncover (and feel) the mental and physical benefits of this age-old practice. But how could she make this endorphin rush part of her everyday, morning routine? With that question, Jaide Wellness was born.
